community and you

6 Communities that I belong to are :
1. A community of Dancers
2. A community of Yonkers
3. A community of Brooklyn
4. A community of Shoppers
5. A community of MCNY
6. A community of Hair Stylists

Two communities that mean the most to me :
A community of Yonkers ..
Yonkers is where my mom currently lives. I moved there from 231st in Broadway my freshmen year in High School. A year later she breaks this news on me “ Sweetheart, I don’t know if you know yet but your mothers pregnant “ now how about that? I will tell you that’s when things got tough, not saying my brother was a mistake or anything. He’s really a miracle, he brings everyone closer together. I have so many memories, that I will never forget. He keeps me sane, he’s so special I have him tattooed on my finger on my right hand because he’s my right hand :-) how cute!

A community of Shoppers ..
A community of Shoppers “The Galleria Mall” in White Plains, love it! It was for one the biggest mall in my area and they had all of the stores I enjoy shopping at the most. My mom and I always shopped here, the employees are attentive to their customers needs. It’s a well put together and tidy scenery. Shopping for the most part is a reward to me that I love the most it gives me an adrenaline rush that never quits. The worst part is, if I’m not at the mall for myself I hate to be there. My mom usually gets annoyed when I go through that phase but It’s painful to my eyes and to my legs (F.Y.I. I hate to walk anywhere)

Most important community .. Yonkers
I play a primary role of a daughter and a sister. When it comes to being around this particular community it gives me love, strength and hope. Knowledge also because they say you can learn a thing or two from your elders or well in my parents case adults who have undergone drastic measures.
The most important things that I get out of this community are love, joy, strength and courage. Having the desire and need to belong to a family. The bond that you share is breathless and eternal.

my fairytale

Once upon a time there lived a girl in a pink castle. She wore long wavy black hair and makeup like a Barbie. She was so deserving of great praise for her intelligence and decency. Her charisma was just the light of the town. She had everything she could ever think of, from rags to riches. Everyone expected so much from her, they thought of her as a perfect girl who just loves people. Little did they know she hated to be around others especially the ones who always had something to talk about. She was never the outgoing one but only if she wanted to. Outside of her house she had a beautiful garden in which she had enjoyed growing. She had a biegal and a cat that she adored very much. Whenever things got too overwhelming she depended on them to make her feel better. Oh yes of course she had her mom to fall back on for support. Or so the people outside of her family thought so. She hated speaking to her mom because she always had anxiety attacks, even when she really wasn’t having one but she just made it seem that way. Her mother was a bogey lady, young and beautiful. Her mom let all of that nonsense get to her head, it was so hard for the princess to cope with. She and her mother were just alike, her mom was just a bit meaner and sassier then she was. The princess was a strange girl, quiet and beautiful she was. She had a brother names Isaiah who was just the epitome of handsome. He was a spoiled little thing with a brain of excellence. He knew just what to do to win people over. His smile was a radiance of kindness. While he was getting pampered the princess was enjoying her beautiful garden. She had everything but love from a kind gentleman who would do anything for her, with no questions asked. One afternoon on the other side of town the princess decides to go shopping because next to her handsome brother, her dog and cat and her oh so beautiful flowers, the princess loved so much to shop. She shopped whenever and however she wanted to. No matter what kind of money she had on her that day you name it and she spent it. Even if it was her last penny or dime she was getting what she wanted, but she was very picky about it. She walked and walked down the streets of beauty, until she spotted a very nice gentleman whom she had never seen before. He was different from them all, he had something no other man had ever had. He was beautiful, much beautiful then she was, so she thought! She was a very shy gal so she kept moving along and just sighed. She kept shopping though, she stepped into this one store and just briefly looked around because at that point she a little sad because she felt like she had nothing to live for without that prince she has been always wanting ever since young. She grabbed a few items to try on and stepped into the fitting room. She had been in the fitting room for 5 minutes just trying on items but none of them made her feel good about herself. She steps out of the fitting room and there goes prince charming, the man of her dreams standing right infront of her dressing room all she could do was gaze into his eyes without saying a word. He approached her and said “You’re so beautiful, inside and out”. The princess was speechless but knew she had to speak or she’ll lose him again. Ever since then they have been in love with each other. It was love at first sight.
